Renault’s Kangoo van stood out by being named the ‘Best Small Van’ at the Business Van Awards 2024, enhancing its reputation in the compact van market.
The Business Van Awards, hosted by the Business Vans website, recognize van and commercial vehicle manufacturers in the light commercial vehicle (LCV) sector. The Kangoo’s superior design and functionality impressed both users and experts alike. This is the eighth industry award the Kangoo has received within the last year, highlighting its favourability to consumers and reviewers.
Chris Wright, Editor at Business Vans, emphasized the Kangoo’s standout features: “The new Kangoo is a really good addition to the small van market. It has low running costs, practicality, versatility and great driveability. We see it as the class leader and that is why it was an obvious pick as the Business Vans Best Small Van winner.”
Renault’s Kangoo is available in Advance and Extra trim levels with options for petrol, diesel, or 100% electric powertrains.
The Kangoo E-Tech electric version offers a driving range of up to 186 miles (WLTP) on a single charge. This electric variant combines a load volume of up to 4.2 cubic meters with a maximum payload of 764kg, making it an ideal zero-emissions option.

The updated Renault Kangoo provides a range of advanced features that enhance convenience and safety. Standard equipment includes automatic headlights and wipers, a 4.2-inch TFT driver information display, an 8.0-inch touchscreen with DAB radio, Bluetooth and USB connectivity, rear-view camera, rear parking sensors, electric parking brake, air conditioning, heated and electrically-adjustable door mirrors, and a height-adjustable driver’s seat.
Higher-spec models add even more luxury and safety features such as LED headlights, keyless entry, sat-nav, front, rear and side parking sensors, blind-spot monitor, and body-colored exterior trim.
